The JumpStart Retail Frontline Programme (RFP) is designed to unlock opportunities for matriculated youth to entry level positions in retail. This two-week skills development course is composed of an online life skills course, in-person training and interviews, and one week of hands-on work experience in a retail environment. This work readiness programme gives youth the opportunity to become more employable.
Remember, the programme does not guarantee a job but offers a ‘jump start’ into the working world by providing work experience. It’s up to you to find a job. If you have not been contacted within six months, please contact your Regional Coordinator.
Interviews are handled by the regions so please make contact with your Regional Coordinator. Alternatively, you can send us your details for our team to make contact. Please send: name, surname, contact number and the province you live in.
