The JumpStart Production Programme is a six-month course in critical production and manufacturing skills, as well as workplace ethics. This course produces footwear manufacturers or multi-skilled sewing machinists for industries such as footwear, clothing and home textiles.

Training is held in KwaZulu-Natal.

All JumpStart retail programmes begin with a five-day life skills course – because soft skills are just as important as hard skills. This course is composed of the following modules:

Job placements are not guaranteed on completion of training. However, JumpStart works closely with employer partners to create a pipeline of suitable, work-ready talent.
