MRP Foundation launches an exciting Retail Programme offering graduates the opportunity to enter into the innovative, dynamic world of retail.
Phelokazi Gxaba is one of the many capable graduates who completed a MRP Foundation’s Skills Development Programme. She now works full-time for MRP at Mr Price Group Support Centre.
Starting in 2017Â the Professional Retailers Programme, initiated by the MRP Foundation, aims to teach graduates in-demand critical skills for careers in Retail Buying, Planning and Operations Management Development.
The ten-month internship is delivered through a unique cloud-based learning platform and a combination of classroom, self-study and group project work along with six months of valuable work experience.

The innovative course promises a unique student experience to enter into the innovative, dynamic world of retail, with the possibility for career growth and advancement if the internship is successfully completed.
