THE BIG MOMENT IS HERE! Entries are open for the JumpStart Challenge 2023, from 27 February to 5 March.
Entrants can ride, run or walk a range of distances, either physically at Holla Trails in Ballito; or virtually, anywhere in the world. With distances ranging from 3km to 100km, there’s something for everyone: from professional athletes, to teams of colleagues, and families with prams and dogs.
Virtual Options – Anywhere in the world
27 February to 5 March
Virtual Ride: 15km, 50km, 100km
Virtual Run/Walk: 3km, 7km, 15km
Entry fee is R99 (South Africa) or $10 (international entry).
Physical Options – At Holla Trails, Sugar Rush Park, Ballito
Physical Mountain Bike Ride: 4 March
* Pink & Gold Route: 95km (R350 entry) 6am Start
* Yellow Route: 50km (R275 entry) 6.30am Start
* Silver Route: 15km (R150 entry) 7.30am Start
Physical Run/Walk: 5 March
* Blue Route: 14km (R350 entry) 7am Start
* Brown Route: 8.5km (R275 entry) 7.30am Start
* Pink Route: 3.3km (R150 entry) 8am Start
Every rand raised by this awesome event goes directly to Mr Price Foundation’s JumpStart programme, to empower youth with life skills and work readiness training. JumpStart opens a world of opportunity for thousands of unemployed youth every year.
This year’s JumpStart Challenge has a hero theme – so you’ll be an even bigger hero if you dress up as your hero and really put the ‘fun’ into fundraising. Prizes will be awarded to the most creative hero dress up at Holla Trails.
